Shandong Xingdou Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd. is hereby making the following promises.
Article 1. We shall offer six months’ warranty after the date of installation and debugging. Our warranty covers all the components except for mailed components.
Article 2. We have a professional service team, with all the engineers have undergone strict technical training and examinations and are highly experienced in practical repair.
Article 3. We have been offering service under the objective of “providing service to wherever our products go”. Therefore, we have gradually put into place a perfect service network nationwide by setting up sales and after-sales offices in Xian, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, Hohhot, Shijiazhuang, Hefei, Shenyang, Qingdao, Jinan etc.
Article 4. We have invested more than RMB 200 Yuan in establishing a warehouse for commonly used spare parts in the head office plant. Besides, we have stock of damageable spare parts in all the sales and service offices, and all the commonly used spare parts shall be supplied in 48 hours.
Article 5. We shall offer service within 2 hours after receiving your repair or service call and try to solve your problem as soon as possible. If necessary, our engineer shall offer on-site service within 8 hours.
Article 6. We offer life-long door-to-door service, including repair, maintenance, technology upgrading, and service outsourcing. Let us know your request, and we will do our best to satisfy you.
